进入2025年以来,Williamhill威廉希尔能源先后获得超1.4万吨硫酸铁钠正极材料订单,成为业内推动钠离子电池产业化进程的中坚力量。位于镇江的里钠能源正极材料量产基地,正持续稳定地向包括派能科技、懋略、海四达钠星在内的多家客户批量出货。在这一产业化突破的关键节点,我们与镇江里钠核心团队展开深度对话,探寻其订单爆发背后的技术逻辑与产业密码。
里钠技术总监陈宇:锚定硫酸铁钠技术路线,构筑先发优势
里钠生产部长冉部选:创新量产工艺,助力可持续发展
我们的核心原材料是大化工副产物硫酸亚铁和硫酸钠。作为目前业内唯一实现3000吨级硫酸铁钠正极材料量产的企业,里钠工程技术团队通过融合全固态预混技术与低温烧结工艺,不仅可以将关键工序的能耗降低到行业平均水平的70%以下,还可以实现无废排放、原材料利用率近100%。在整个生产流程中,原材料自投放至配料罐后,接下来都是在封闭管道中自动进行,需要经过混合、烧结、干燥、包装等全程3天左右的工序,最终正极材料的成品便可以下线等待发货。原材料的变废为宝属性,叠加低碳环保的量产工艺,为硫酸铁钠电池带来显著的成本优势和降本空间。

Since 2025, Zoolnasm has secured NFS cathode material orders exceeding 14,000 tons, driving sodium-ion battery industrialization. At its Zhenjiang facility, Liolnasm's production base steadily supplies bulk shipments to clients like Pylontech, Morlus, and Highstar. "We were the earliest company to advance the industrialization of NFS batteries in the industry. As far back as January 2021 when Zoolnasm was founded, we committed to the NFS pathway—then considered highly niche. By 2024, driven by lithium carbonate costs, lithium battery capacity, and market conditions, Polyanion pathway like NFS and NFPP gained industry focus for their low cost and long-cycle advantages. In the industrialization of NFS batteries, we possess solid technical accumulation and first-mover advantage."

"Our core raw materials are ferrous sulfate (FeSO₄) and sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄) – recycled solid waste. As the industry’s sole company achieving 3,000-ton annual capacity for NFS cathode material, Liolnasm’s engineering team integrates full-solid-state premixing and low-temperature sintering. This slashes energy consumption to below 70% in key processes of the industry average and enables zero-waste discharge with near-100% material utilization. In the full production flow, once raw materials enter the mixing tank, all subsequent processes operate automatically within enclosed pipelines. The sequence includes mixing, sintering, drying, packaging, and requires approximately three days, after which finished cathode material becomes shipment-ready. The waste-to-value transformation of raw materials, combined with our low-carbon, eco-friendly production, delivers significant cost advantages and ongoing cost-reduction potential for NFS batteries."

We now demonstrate effectiveness in key areas including process control, risk management, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction metrics. Concurrently, through proprietary equipment development iterations, product performance continuously elevates while maintaining stable quality.Our quality control spans the entire life-cycle includes: raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, semi-finished testing, finished product validation and post-sale customer tracking. This ensures end-to-end quality control from source to terminal, establishing a solid foundation for delivering superior products to the market and sustaining our industry-leading quality position."
Zhao Jiuling, General Manager of Liolnasm: East-West Capacity Synergy Ensures Delivery
"Responding to surging market demand, we launched the Meishan Liolnasm cathode material production base in April 2025. Phase 1 trial production will commence by December 2025 as scheduled. The site will deliver 30,000-ton annual NFS cathode material capacity when fully constructed. This synergizes with our existing Zhenjiang base – creating complementary east-west operations that establish a nationwide supply network which will significantly shorten current supply radii and accelerate response times.
At Liolnasm’s Zhenjiang production line, over 300 meters of enclosed pipelines operate in sync with construction cranes at the Meishan site. In last four years, Zoolnasm’s team has evolved from a lone-warrior in sodium battery technology to the standard-bearer driving sodium-ion battery industrialization. The NFS route, once met with skepticism, has now gained definitive market validation through multi-thousand-ton customer orders.Moving forward, Zoolnasm will continue executing its strategy with "Focus on NFS Pathway, Advance on Four Fronts" by deepening NFS technological development, and building full-stack expertise, establishing full-chain production, validating full-range scenarios, expanding global market exploration.
