On July 18, the Meishan Dongpo District Industry-Finance Capital Integration Conference, themed "Revitalizing Industries, Building the Core, Integrating Dongpo," was grandly held at Chengdu Jiaozi International Hotel. As a key initiative by Dongpo District to build a high-level industry-finance collaboration platform, the conference focused on the core objective of "promoting precise alignment between financial resources and the real economy to accelerate enterprise growth." It attracted 81 financial institutions and 20 key enterprise representatives for a meeting of mutual attraction and shared development. Zoolnasm was invited to attend the conference, and deliverd a keynote speech as the only enterprise representative.

Hu Mingshu, Deputy Secretary of the Dongpo District Party Committee and District Chief, presided over the meeting. Sun Jian, Member of the Standing Committee of the Meishan Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, and Peng Pen, Secretary of the Dongpo District Party Committee, delivered opening remarks respectively.

Dr. Yang Shudi, Director and Assistant to the Chairman of Zoolnasm, stated that the cooperation with Dongpo District, Meishan, is not merely about "capital matching" but a "mutual commitment." The continuous optimization of Dongpo's business environment, along with its thoughtful services, efficient administrative processes, and comprehensive policy support, has provided enterprises with a sense of security for their operations and strong confidence in future development.

As a crucial piece of Zoolnasm’s national strategic layout, the Meishan Western Regional Headquarters Base is advancing project construction at full speed. Phase I of the project is expected to begin trial production by the end of December 2025. Upon full completion, the base will achieve an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of NFS cathode materials. Together with Zoolnasm’s Zhenjiang cathode material production base, it will form an east-west synergy, building a national production map for NFS batteries. This will provide critical support for Zoolnasm to achieve its high-quality mass-production goals of "large-scale, low-cost, high-yield" in the new cycle and under new circumstances.
